Week 118: HOME

Home is where the heart is!  We're sure you'll agree this word holds lots of possibilities!  Take a look at how the design team members and our guest designer interpreted this week's word!

Guest Designer:  Rahmat
 design defined:
Create your own focal point using minimal colors.

  design defined:
Stamping your sentiment on your focal image preserves white space.

Tracey
design defined:
Building a miniature scene keeps your design CAS.
design defined:
White on white is interesting but still CAS!

design defined:
Cluster your die cuts together to keep as much white space as possible.

Jen
design defined:
A strip of washi tape or patterned paper is a great way to found images.

design defined:
Surround a detailed focal point with white space.

Judy
design defined:
Framing your main image provides interest on a CAS card.

Kimberly
design defined:
Dry embossing your white space can add interest and draw
you eye towards your image or sentiment.

May
design defined:
A sentiment doesn't need to be close to a focal point on your CAS card.

Meghan
design defined:
Clean and simple often means using a single element on your card front.  Ground it with a bit of shadow.

Now go have fun creating your CAS design and don't forget to link up here on the challenge blog by Monday at NOON (CDT)!
